REACT JS LAB

1. A Training center will be established in Scholar's Institute of Technology and Management which can be termed as React Js lab. Where the Students from Scholar's Institute of Technology and Management & from other colleges of Guwahati (Selected via technical test which will be conducted by companies).

 2. All the participating companies will declare their package and all terms and conditions of hiring before the beginning of the program. 3. The companies will declare the number of vacancies before the training starts based on which students will be enrolled. The number of candidates enrolled in this program will be at least

 (3) three times of the total number required by companies.

 4. The ratio of the students enrolled from the host institute and other institutes will be 50:50 respectively.

 5. This training program will be free of cost for all the enrolled students. Neither the college nor the companies will charge any fee from the students and visa versa. 

. 6.This program will be part of the curriculum as an internship program (as per university syllabus), once classes get over each and every candidate needs to submit a project. The marks will be given based on the attendance, project & machine test. This arrangement to make sure candidates who are not interested must not participate in this program.

 7. After submission of their project all candidates need to appear for the coding tests based on React Js 

8. The selection criteria for enrolling the students into the program from other colleges is decided as Coding Test (Online) (i) Duration - 60 Minutes (ii) 4 Question (iii) One has to write & execute 2 programs successfully to qualify for this program. (iv) candidates can appear for this coding test in any of the following languages. (C , C++ c. Java)

9. Any B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech, M.E. & MCA , M.Sc. (IT) candidates can participate in this program as per selection criteria. Only 2022 passout can apply.

 13. Candidates will be given approximately 17-20 hours of training either online or offline based on the covid situation and state covid protocol. The training will be completed in six to eight weeks. Subject Total Hours a. Javascripts Basic 5 Hours b. Javascripts Advance 5 Hours c. React 5 Hours d. Project class 2 Hours 14. Classes will be conducted twice or thrice in a week on mutually agreed day and time, each class duration will be a maximum of 1.5 hour. 

15. After completion of the training the students will be assessed through assignments, projects, tests, etc .

 16. After the completion of the classes candidates need to appear for the coding tests based on React Js. & Pattern will be: Coding Test- (Online) (i) Duration - 75 Minutes (ii) 5 Question (iii) One has to write & execute 2 programs successfully to clear. 

17. Those students who clear the technical tests in the first attempt are eligible to appear for the next rounds of interviews which may vary from company to company. 

18. The candidates who fail the machine test in the first attempt will be given two more chances in consecutive months to clear the test.

 19. The candidates have to choose the company (where they want to join post selection) from the list of participating companies and prioritize the list before the react technical test.

 20. The candidates will appear for the interviews in those companies they chose. If he fails in the first attempt, they can appear for interviews for the second company and so on. 

21. The candidates who clear the interviews need to join the company (who has hired him/ her) as an intern from the beginning of the eight semester. Students will join the company and either work from home or from office based on the covid situation and state covid protocol for 6 months as an intern and stipend will be paid for that 6 months whatever declared initially as per the attendance of candidate & company’s policy . 

22. Candidates will be given a break of one month leave without pay to complete their final semester exams. The internship will be credit based for the final year students. 

23. After completing their exam candidates will join back as developer (where candidates will be working on probation for the first three months) and will be given the package as promised initially by the company who will hire them. 

24. Both the host institute and the participating companies have come to a mutual consent to execute the programme from the academic year 2021-202

This entire program will be coordinated by the HR Team of Kreeti technologies along with the assistance of Scholar's Institute of Technology and Management.
