Form Fill up method

1. Instruction
   

   This is to inform all the students of B.E. 8 th semester that online examination form fill up facility for B.E 8th semester (regular ) end term examination 2020 under Gauhati University for AY 2019-2020 is going on.

   To fill up the examination form online students have to follow the steps as given below.

   1. Visit college website https://www.sitmguwahati.org
   2. Fill up the online form and submit the same along with the receipt of payment of all previous dues and the payment receipt of exam fee.
   3. On submission of all dues receipt and the form, clearance certificate will be generated and sent to your mail.
   4. Next Visit AEC website www.aec.ac.in and fill up the examination form as per the instruction given , submit the same along with the clearance certificate provided by the institute to complete the process

   Before submission of the online form students have to deposit Examination fee of Rs 2,220 /- only and clear all previous dues. Please keep a record of the payment.

   Last date of form fill up in college website 7th August 2020 and last date of form fill up in AEC website 10th August

   Note: No extension of date will be allowed. For any farther clarification call office.
